Picked it up this morning and it's absolutely beautiful.

I  look forward to getting it to the range to compare it with my USP45C.

I'll post a range report as soon as I can.

Got to handle someone's HK 45c at my local shop. He unloaded it and let me feel the LEM trigger and, OMG, I couldn't believe the difference. That alone made me want one but the price is going to keep me away for a while I'm afraid. Great gun though, congrats!

Sweet gun, its definitely on my list to buy. The only downsides I see are expensive mags that only hold 8 rounds.

I mean brakes are not that important right?

Never held a c model, but if it is anything like my full size HK 45 it will be an excellent pistol.

I trust it will work out well for you.

I'm becoming interested in a P2000sk as a possible carry piece.

This HK thing is kind of like a disease isn't it?

Definitely.

I  think you'd be very pleased with a P2000SK,  mine has been exceptional.

Coltman,  How does it feel in terms of size?

I have read the specs, but those just don't give me any idea how large/small it is in reality.

Any pistol that is widely seen that it compares to size wise?  I have never seen one in a shop around here.

It's really hard to put into words accurately but I'll try.    It is small and feels like a wider, slightly  thicker PPS to me.

I love the ergonomics of the P2000 SK,  it's probably my favorite HK pistol.

Amazingly accurate,  very pleasant to shoot for extended range sessions and dead nuts reliable.
