This is my Mk. III I just had a bunch of CS parts installed on!

CS no bite hammer

I was thinking more along these lines for girps...

Here is a MkIII I got for my wife a while back.
Factory stock excep the grip... it's a delrin grips or something like that but is super thin.

Navidrex grips are available from Brownells.  I'm wondering how the thickness of VZ grips are compared to navidrex.  I'll know pretty soon as there is a set coming when my custom BHP is delivered.  I also like Nill grips a lot and may have to get a set.

Nice looking piece.  Who did the work on it?

Nobody did any work on it.
It's a factory stock piece except the replacement grip from Brownell

The work on my gun was performed by a local guy who 'specializes' in 1911s and Hi Powers. Everything seems good so far, but to be honest the trigger feels pretty heavy. I was hoping for something that felt like a 5 lb 1911 trigger. This trigger is crisp and consistent, but I would be you it has around a 7.5 lb break. He told me to shoot it 4-500 rounds and then see what I think...

These look cool, but kinda fat! Think I am going to go navidrex...

RRA, your BHP looks a lot like mine.  I have a lot of the same upgrades, and I couldn't be happier.   I am slightly jealous of your mag release and slide stop though  (mine don't match)Grips on mine are Spegel delrin, don't think they are made anymore though.  I do plan on getting some VZ's for my Mark II soon.

I didn't do it, but according to the smith eveything went together pretty easy, except the safety...

My Navidrex grips are OK on my 1981 BHP, but I can't say I'm thrilled with them.  They don't feel 'solid' somehow.  Looking forward to seeing how the VZ's feel.
