went to the gun range over the holidays and decided to bring my hp along since
i havent shot it in a long time. after about 8 shots i noticed my front sight was
moving out to the right. i tapped it back in and a few more shots and it walked out
again. it came with the adjustable sights and i did have to get the front replaced
about 6yrs ago because it broke off. i was thinking about lok tite to hold it in place.
any other suggestions??

Lock Tite might help, if it has good contact with the bottom of the dovetail. What I would reccomend is that you remove the front sight, turn it over and with a center punch, peen a "divot" into the underside of the sight base. This will displace some metal around the edge of the "divot", and give you a much tighter fit into the dovetail. If you can push it around easily with a punch then it is too loose.
