I have War production Hi Power and I noticed something thing the other day when I stripped the trigger down to clean it. The pin loop looks to be broken to me. Looking at it from the left side, the section of the loop from about 9:00 to about 12:00 is missing and I can't tell if it has broken off or if it is made that way. These occupation produced guns had no attention to finish work on the parts, so I just can't tell if it has fractured away or if it is designed that way.
I did see a picture of an Inglis trigger on GB that appeared to be the same way, but I can't assume that it is not broken also. So, if you please, educate me. Thanks in advance. |
