Looks like a Kel tec hipower.  Did you look at the measurements? It's a 11/16 thick? Stock Hipower is 11/16.

Yep, the only advantage is no hammer bite, the slide sits further forward on the frame.

Not that hammer bite has ever been a problem with me.
