I just got a used High Power. I took it out to the range today and it seemed to be shooting a little to the left. It has tangent sites so it doesn't seem like it should be. Anyone ever have an issue with this type of thing before?

Try two different solutions first: use different ammo & have someone else shoot it. If the problem persists, then drift the sight to the right, if possible.
You may be using a less than perfect trigger pull.
