Forgive me if this is in the wrong forum. I looked in the ammunition forum, but didn't see what I'm looking for.

I recently bought a .40 BHP. I had some winchester carry ammo and tried it, but it jammed at least every other round. Are gold dots good to go? If you carry a 40 BHP, what do you load?

I don't own a .40 but here is a good place to start.

Also buy a box of 2-5 brands HP and see which runs good and groups well in your gun. Then buy a crap load of the selected ammo.

Ok, thanks. I looked in the ammo section and the BHP section but it skipped my mind that we had another ammo section.
