picked up a FEG hi power, took it to the range, shoots great. i would like to open up the rear sight notch. any suggestions ??? or am i better off replacing it with something else ????

Good to hear your FEG shoots great. To improve sights it may be best just to upgrade to better sights, period. You could file or mill rear sight notch larger. If to go that route why not just go ahead and upgrade to better sights? I'm sure more here will chime in with new rear/front sight suggestions/choices. I like and prefer Novak's.

that's what i'm thinking, just change it. does anyone know the size of the cut on the slide for the rear sight ??? or anyone who sells a rear sight that fits right in

I used some of my daughter's white fingernail polish to paint the front sight blade. Works great!

ETA: I got interrupted and didn't finish my point. With the better front sight visibility, the narrow rear sight notch doesn't seem to be a problem.
