I do not have the answer but if you inquire on the KTOG forum you  will more likely get a response check here:www.ktog.org/cgi-bin/yabb2/YaBB.pl?board=103

sounds like the bullet nose hanging up on the feed ramp

My P3AT does it if the feed ramps dirty but only when I manually chamber it, not while firing, it dosen't really hurt anything in my case

It doesn't sound like rimlock or a feed ramp problem.  My guess is that you may have a weak/broken slide stop spring (part 284).  The heavy recoil of the very hot CorBon could be making the slide stop pop up if this part isn't functioning properly.  It is a very easy thing to fix.  KT will send you the part for free and you can fix it in 20 minutes yourself with a couple punches and a small hammer.  Let me know when you get part 284 (call KT service and tell them yours is weak), then post here and I will give you directions.

ETA:  you will also need a log, medium/thin bladed screwdriver.

Did you go back to the WWB?  Is it just having the problem with the S&B, or all ammo now?

They will probably just drop the little spring in an envelope and mail it to you.  When you get it, follow these Disassembly/Assembly Instructions as far as needed to replace the spring.  Good luck, and be sure to post if it fixed the problem or not.

I know S&B tends to be kinda hot in 9mm, so your .32 ammo mighta been hot enough to throw it out of whack.

I shoot S&B pretty much exclusively in my P32, its never been a problem in mine.

I had the same problem occur in a glock 27, but only after I re-assembled a spring incorrectly after installing a  new trigger disconnector.
