If you check the EE from time to time they pop up every now and then.I just bought one recently from there for $170.

my buddy and i just picked up two 2nd gen p3at @ a local gun show for $500 OTD for both guns, too bad i've had nothing but problems with mine so far

I bought mine new in November.  I had to send it back to Kel Tec because the FTE rate was about 10%.  They have had it for 30 days and told me yesterday the turn around time for repairs is 6-8 weeks.  I looked at them for several months and wasn't sure I could trust a $250 gun but some friends bought them and had good luck.

It seems they make good ones and bad ones.  Buying one is a crap shoot.
