| What ammo should i use? Is there a certain grain that you have found to work well? Will it handle +p ammo? What about brands of ammo? I am looking for a decent range round and a skull fragmenting personal defense round. |
| I carry Gold Dot 124 +p in my P-01. I like Speer Gold Dots but most quality hollow points will do the job just fine. I would go with a +p for carry duty and yes it will handle +p but I don't put a regular diet of +p stuff through any of my guns. I shoot just enough to ensure reliability. |
