I was shooting 147gr sub sonic through it and had a couple failure to feed and even some jams. Even the slide stayed open with rounds left in mag.
Has anybody had that happen with 147gr. sub sonic ammo?
Does the gun only like lighter 115gr and +p types?
Or is this a fluke problem?
The gun was bought used 2003 mfg date.
Any help aprreciated.
I will take the gun out on sunday to the range with regular 115gr and see how it does.

The 147gn bullet has a wider profile than the lighter bullets and it is hitting the slide stop prematurely.  File or dremel the area that is hitting the bullets in the magazine and you will be good to go.

My CZ75 hates 147grn loads.  It feeds 115 grn loads and 124 grn loads fine.

Replacing the recoil spring is always a good Idea if it has never been done.  It helped clean up any issues I was having with my 75B

This is DEFINITELY the problem with CZ mags.  I did this fix on my CZ40 mags for use with the flat tip ranger ammo and it started feeding properly.  The addition of a 12 or 13lb recoil spring is also HIGHLY advisable.  These guns apparently come with mega foce springs for use with ++++P ammo.
