Does anyone have one of these.  I am seriously thinking about buying one and I have not even seen a review on them.

It's large for those of us with small hands.  I generally shoot mine in SA mode.  Probably one of the most accurate .45s out of the box you can find.  At about 37 ounces, it's very easy on recoil.  A bit too big for me to consider as a concealed carry weapon.  Reliable, but some some do have issues with hollow point ammo.  This pistol was designed with ball ammo in mind.  Mine, on the other hand, has eaten every thing I've fed it without issue.

This question is asked about every month or so.  To save time, I'm quoting from myself:

Mine is dependable and a fine shooter. The only complaint I have is its rather large grip, which I wish were a bit smaller. I have heard of some people having reduction work performed on the grip, but, as it is just at the limit of my tolerance, I have not done anything about it.

Magazines are high quality, and are not made by CZ; they are Mec-Gar manufactured (a company making fine magazines for a variety of firearms).

The forward dust cover is a blessing for those interested in target shooting because it adds weight to the front end and reduces muzzle flip. The barrel bushing is a bit odd, but works well and without special tools.

But, it is a beast and is not a carry pistol for most. It is large, heavy (about 41 oz., unloaded), and holsters are not exactly abundant. Still, I’m not selling mine; CZ makes very fine firearms for relatively little money.

Finally, as I’ve pointed out before at the CZ board, you can replace the factory magazine brake with a factory “drop-free” brake (available from CZ USA) that will allow for drop-free performance for 75s, 85s, and the 97B.

Already sent it to TCmech, but I have the thread  on CZ97's that I started a while back saved.  If anyone wants it drop me an email...

Love mine! Handle before you buy since the grip is a bit fatter than avg but works for me. Great trigger pull, and even shoots well on cheap Wolf.
