Does anyone know the specs of the CZ75 P01 trigger pull in both SA and DA?

Well in DA it's typical long and heavy like most other DA/SA pistols. What makes it slightly better is when it gets de-cocked the hammer drops to half cock and would be the normal way to carry it, that is for the P01 and other CZ's with the decocker function.
In the half cock it is better than any DA pull, but you still need to practice so you don't pull the first shot. Also intially the trigger will be gritty. I dry fired it with snap caps about a 1000 times and cleaned it up nice. Did this with my other 2 CZ's and for some reason the other 2 didn't clean up as much as in the P01. Cleaned up so nice I felt it didn't require a trigger job unlike the other 2 that still needed work. In stock form the P01 also had the shortest reset compared to a 75B and SP01. |
