Who all has a FEG PMK? I seem to be the only person around my area that has one.
Just wanting to see what other people thought about theirs. I like mine, tough, reliable, decently accurate, and very comfortable to shoot. What do all the other PMK owners think about their little .380's? |
I've had one for about 15 years now. 1 failue in about 500 rounds and that was with Rem Golden Sabers it REFUSED to feed. All other ammo types have been flawless. When I was looking to buy mine I posted a similar message on the old alt.rec.guns newsgroup forum and I got about 1/2 dozen thumbs up replies (no thumbs down). One guy was a cop in DC and carried it daily as a backup. Said it shot better than his old PPK, was a lot lighter and when he dropped it on the asphalt he didn't feel guilty like he would with the Walther. Realize they were only about a $140 gun when new. My 85+ year old grandfather recently moved back into town and I loaned it to him. He likes the little FEG too as it's light and he carries it all over. Beats hell out of the stupid pos RG22 revolver he got from someone. I've got an old 22 starter pistol that locks up tighter and looks nicer than that RG....
