looking for imformation on a .25 auto I inherited from an uncle. its a .25 pocket auto called a plainfield mod71 looks to be sa .this company made m1 carbine models in early 70/80. cant figure out how to strip it down .any imfo. would be helpfull

Cliff note version is: clear the weapon, cock the weapon place OFF safe, raise rear sight remove (slide to the side) retaining block from under rear sight, Slide the slide assembly forward and off of the frame. Apparently if you have all of the original pieces this pistol will interchange between 22lr and 25 auto. |
