Has anyone used one of these before? Any information would be appreciated. Thanks!

Looks nice, but I will never pay $42.95 for a 22LR magazine that only holds 10 rounds.  What are they thinking?z

This one looks like its more expensive. Is it really that much better? I'm not looking for a .22 match gun, just something that will let me shoot my 1911 cheaper.

Thanks!

I have one, and it's decent.

I have to load the magazine with the slide locked back, otherwise it won't seat it fully and it won't strip a round off of the top of the magazine.

It's not really accurate.  At 20 yards I can put five shots with my Kimber in the space of a quarter a lot of times.  With the conversion kit, my groups run 2 to 3 inches, and this is at only 20 yards mind you.

I give it a 6 out of 10 on my useful and neat to have scale.

What about Kimber's .22LR conversion (www.sportsmansguide.com/cb/cb.asp?a=148189)? Anybody have any experience with this?

Thanks!

I believe that both the Kimber and Wilson kits are made by Ceiner with a few minor differences (sights, markings, etc.). From what I've heard (and I have no first hand experience with any of them) the Marvel and Jarvis conversions are more accurate, better target guns. The Ceiner/Kimber/Wilson kits are more for training and plinking (i.e less accurate). But still should be fun and cheap to shoot.
