Although probably not  necessary has anyone polised the barrel and feed ramp on their PM-9's?

I do on every semi I own, except my P380 that I just got about a week ago. the feed ramp was mirror polised from kahr, never seen such a polished feed ramp. I polished my PM9 ramp and inside the barrel chamber to a mirror finish the day I bought it. I have never had a malfunction form it in over 19,500 rounds.  Not saying the polishg did that either but it never hurt. I polised my G19 and my Smith M & P 9 also  .  Just something I have done for years..

I did my PM-45.  It was OK out of the box, but not as smooth as I wanted.  I ran the Dremel wheel over it a few times, and also down into the throat a couple of passes.

I polish the feed ramp on every semi-auto I acquire.  Just use a dremel and some flitz, and you'll get a mirror finish in a few minutes.

I started to and then I noticed my MK40's feed ramp was polished pretty well by Kahr.  I didn't see much room to improve it.

I polish every semi that I have owned.  EXCEPT my P380 kahr, I have never seen such a super finished feed ramp and chamber.

Did the polish job last week. 700+ rounds through my PM-9.The ramp job gets positive comments when I show it at the range.

u did the right thing, u wold be suprised at the many who never touch the ramnps, not that they dn't work ok but a good polish joub might just someday save your life to.  Suprisingly kahr at least now does an excellent job of polishing the ramps, but again every person can even do better.
