Does anybody else make Kahr Mags besides Kahr?  Maybe Mec-Gar?

The only other manufacturer I am aware of is Promag. Although I have not tried them have, the majority of stuff I've heard has not been good.

With the micro guns like the Kahr, you're better off sticking with factory mags.
Too many after market mags cause problems.

If your Kahr is nothing but a range toy, these stoppages may not be a problem.
If your Kahr is a real defense gun you'd have to be a little crazy to trust anything cheaper.
Do some shopping for lower prices on genuine Kahr factory mags.

Here's some possible sources of factory mags for less:

The problem I have with the factory mags is they seem to be of a low quality pot metal, unlike Mec-Gar Mags.  You know know what I mean?

Every Kahr mag I have is made of stainless steel, not pot metal. Not as polished as my Wilson Combat 1911 mags but better than most mfg's OEMs. Mec Gars are one of the best aftermarket mags you can get, but to answer the OP I don't know of anyone besides Kahr that provides non-OEM mags.

Mec-Gar for one works in my CW45.

All this is covered in great detail on kahrtalk.com forums
