Googled it and apparently it's not unheard of. Seems the .45 version is affected most often, but it's other calibers too.

Bought a NIB CW45 today, got home and tried 'er out, and after ~ 25rds it started having trigger reset issues. Finished a box of 50 but it didn't get any better.

My wife has a Kahr CW9, I CCW a P40, and this is my third current Kahr product (I've had others in the past). Disappointing to say the least. I hope Kahr will send a call-tag as I don't think I should have to shell out the $60-70 for overnight shipping which is required for a handgun.

Anyone deal with Kahr's customer service? Will they pay shipping on a new gun?

If you've sent one back for trigger reset issues, did it work when it came back?

If they know the *fix*, why don't they use those parts in the initial assembly?

Going back to Kahr as soon as they email me the call-ticket.

I sincerely hope there are no issues with it once I get it back as this has shaken my confidence in their reliability, not good when considering for a CCW piece.

Got it back and put 100rds through it and no trigger reset issues. About half were WWB, the rest a mix of HST (standard and +P), Gold Dot Short Barrel, and a few old MagSafe frangibles. According to Kahr's "worksheet" they "reworked the trigger bar, polished the feed ramp, cleaned and lubed and test-fired". Also looks like they polished the hood area too. Was hoping they'd throw in an extra mag for my troubles...... Oh well.

Did have two failures to eject with WWB but none of the other ammo so I'm not too worried about it. I won't be carrying the WWB anyway.
