I'm going to be carrying my PM9 OWB in my RCS holster while riding my bike.  The holster is pretty snug but I feel that I need more security and have a spare Gem Tec TRL laying around.  Short of drilling a hole in the back of the grip and adding a ring or carabiner is there anything else out there?

Before I did that, I would get a holster with some type of retention or strap. JMHO

no one makes a non leather retention holster.  I looked everywhere...maybe I missed something though?

I know it's going to be hard to impossible to find a rentention holster since the PM9 isn't a "duty" gun

Not quite a holster with a retention strap, but have you thought about a DeSantis N15? It's a zip-up 'PDA case' style holster and it might also help keep your PM9 from getting dirty/muddy during your ride.

I thought that Blackhawk would make one, but I was wrong. This one is not quite what I had in mind, but...

Figured it out.

There's 2 different retention issues, here. Pre-draw & post-draw. You could add a Clip Draw (TM) on the side to aid in holster hold. (Could even carry it "Weenie-style/ Condition 3 with it.) I've drilled a hole in my PM9's back strap with no problems, but haven't added a lanyard. (Put a small piece of metal like a nail file on the inside, so you don't over-drill into the mag well.)
