| I just did the paperwork on a XD45 Service and am thinkg of getting some Dawson Fixed sights for it. Anybody here have any experince with them? They look good on the website. |
| I have not had any expereince with the Dawson sights but i do have expereince with truglo TFO sights after 50 rnds the fiber in the front sight was missing and the trit was no longer glowing. I now have a set of metprolights that have been great and are super bright. I know this is not exactly what you are looking for but it may help u or someone else reading this thread. |

| I have Dawson fixed sights on my XDM 45 and am very happy with them. The old sights are a bitch to remove. I used a cutoff wheel and cut them 95% of the way thru, then knocked them out. File the dove tail on the new sight for the proper fit and tap them in. The rear sight has a set screw, so make it a little looser in case you need to move it. Good Product |
