whats the difference between the springfield 1911 stainless steel black target and the stainless steel black combat? besides the price difference of course.

One has target sights and the other has combat sights.
My dad just bought the combat, and asked me the same question.
ETA: Although looking at the website the target has a mag-well and ambi saftey were the combat doesn't
