Is there something like this available for springfield xd's.  I have looked on many holster websites but am not certain if there is a holster that accommodates the xd while there is a flashlight on the rail, surfire or something of that nature.  I currently own the 45 compact but am likely going to got a 9m before the obama nation prevents me from doing so.

Try the Safariland or Blackhawk web sites for options, IMO.

Good luck!

Several companies DO make hip holsters for XDs with lights attached, not sure about leg holsters.  Do you mean thigh or ankle?  If ankle, a lot of people say any XD is too bulky for ankle carry.  I had to buy a snub-nose for ankle carry because my XD-45 service was even too damn big to CCW on my hip IMHO.

Unfortunately I don't remember the company names or links, but I figured this might offer some hope so that way you don't feel like your searching for something that doesn't exist.

I'm trying to figure out all this stuff about drop leg holsters.  It's hell finding one made for the XD9, left-handed, that attaches to molle webbing.  Best I've come up with so far is the Bianchi T6500 to go on a Tactical Tailor leg rig.

The Bianchi isn't specifically molle, but their clips are supposed to work with it:
"Quick-Lock clip for attachment to T6510 Accessory Panel to any MOLLE attachment system or on an equipment belt up to 2.25" (58mm) width"

Safariland makes several different models for the XD with different light setups (Surefire x200/x300; Streamlight TLR, etc.).  If you go to the website and find the "will fit" section, it should tell you.  If not, go into the duty and/or tactical section and look.  I don't recall the specific models off hand.

Thanks much folks!  I did mean the mid leg thy region kind of holster.
