| I received my parts from Springer today. I ordered a reduced travel polished sear, sear spring and trigger return spring. I had never detail stripped my XD9 before but using www.xd-hs2000.com/disassembly/disassembly.html I was able to get it apart and the new parts installed in about 45 minutes. The take up is dramatically reduced and the trigger is much more smooth and a bit less in weight. I will be removing my striker next and polishing it but the difference is quite dramatic already. I recommend this upgrade to anyone who wants a better trigger but does not want to pay the shipping both ways to get a full blown trigger job done. |
