Hi,

I was just wondering what's the difference between the SA TRP 1911, Operator 1911 & PRO 1911?

Thanks.

No light rail, gun goes thru the Custom Shop for refining. There is a version that offers the light rail, PC9105L. Looks like a steel frame version only?

Operator 1911

Catalog shows both lightweight & steel frames; both have a light rail.

& PRO 1911?

I did not see that model in the SA catalog. They do offer the Rob Leatham Legend Series, is this it?

Full info can be found at www.springfieldarmory.com

I own three SA 1911s & use their Micro LW for my CCW. Great guns, all.

I have no positive knowledge of this, but it has been rumored to be so. As my 1911s are a few years old, none of them do.

SA would be your definitive answer to these questions, IMO.
