[ARCHIVED THREAD] - XD9 Subcompact

I'm interested in the XD9 Subcompact. For those who own or who have fired them, what is your opinion on accuracy and handling?

Absolutely outstanding gun. I'd say the recoil is comperable to a 92fs (I have both), even without the extended magazine. Conceals great using the right holster (Versa max 2)... Well worth every penny.

I'm very happy with mine. Ergonomics are suburb. Points well, nice trigger, controls are all well placed and easy to manipulate. As far as accuracy goes, if the shooter does his job, the XD will do it's job.

+1 very impressed with mine when I shot it last week for the first time. Don't know what I expected but really like it a lot

I just picked up an XD-40 Subcompact today, hopefully get to the range tomorrow and see how much she barks. I love these guns. First used an XD for state qualification (226/240), it was a Service model in 9mm. Loved it so much i bought a subcompact 40.
