Just picked up my new XD9. Haven't even shot it yet. I hate to ask this but I'm going to ask if I got a deal or not. I got one of the promotion packages. It was the gun, 3 15 rnd. mags, a holster, and the usual papers and such. The proce was $499.99. I couldn't find the package anywhere else so I guess I didn't have a choice. |
I got my stainless with two 15rd mags and no holster for $459. I hope you got a nice holster. If you did it does not sound like a DEAL but about what it should be with the price of mags. Congats on the new gat. You will enjoy shooting it they are nice guns and from what I have sen if you do have a problem Springfield will take care of you.

I bought an XD9 sub compact this past weekend at a local shop. I got the special as well (three mags; two 10 rounders, and on 15 rounder with grip extension, XD gear holster, and fancy box) for $430. I paid $460ish after tax. They had the Service model there for $420 (with the same package you have), and a stainless Tactical model with that package for $460. I have the Service model as well, and I couldn't be happier with it. If it fits your hand, and you can shoot it, I wouldn't sweat the price, seems like the prices on XD's vary a lot from state to state. |
