Absolutely unreal how this locks up! Quite possibly the most impressive 1911 I have ever owned. Brown, Baer, Guncrafter, this Pro may be the best pistol shy of a full house custom yet!

So here are my thoughts about the Pro...... Finally got a my professional to the range range. limited on time, so i only shot 50 230grn FMJ Remington UMC.The gun is awesome extremely tight when you racked, but the slide it is very smooth! I ran the target to 7m, inserted a mag, & released the slide. A bank vault sounding cha-chunk proceeded a cartridge being inserted past the highly polished, and even feed ramp on the way to the chamber. Standing unsupported, I let seven rounds travel down range. I was a bit surprised to see one ragged hole. While not much of feat in shooting, it was a bit unexpected to see since this was my first time with the Pro at the range. Trigger pull is very smooth with a very nice reset. The front strap checkering is very crisp but not uncomfortable for me, i like it! The Pro is very balanced & extremely pleasant to shoot, I really, REALLY like it!
