my mc operator needs fiber optics, i tried a dawson fo and the cuts were backwards, it fit backwards but not forwards. i'm looking at hiviz right now. I think the rear msy be novsk cut, if so hiviz wont work, what cut is the front and rear factory?

I believe the "cut" for SA Operators is "LPA". Take a look at offerings from Harrison Custom (google for website) which specializes in sights with that cut.
