Maybe it's not fair to compare this weapon to a Glock but a question came to mind when I brought my new XD-9 home today and lubed it a bit. I remember in Glock's owners manual that they repeatedly made the statement to pull the trigger on an empty chamber after cleaning etc. I did not see this once in the Springfield owners manual. Is this standard operating procedure on this pistol as well? |
