Anyone had issues with failure to feed on these? Fire a round, slide comes back and hangs on the next round. The gun has been cleaned very well and oiled. Tried 3 different mags and different ammo, any thoughts on what else to try?

Sometimes tiny 1911's like that need some fine tuning to run like a 1911 should. I kinda stay away from them for that reason.  For ccw, anyway.

ETA) To actually answer your question, I might try a heavier spring. If all else fails, and you've got some scratch, send it into the custom shop for a carry package.

Stainless?  My SS Micro had a few FTF's until I got about 300 rounds through it.
After 500 rounds it ran and still runs flawlessly.

I'd run the crap out of it before I did anything.  If it continues though, I'd send it back to SA to have it polished a bit.  I had to do that with a SS ultra compact & once done it too ran like a champ.

Yes it is Stainless. I picked it up used at a local pawn shop. So I don't know how many rounds have actually been through it. Got a decent deal on it.I polished the ramp myself and that hasn't seemed to help.  Wonder if this is why??:/

First off, what kind of ammo are you shooting?  Is the round striking the feed ramp and stopping there?  Is the round partially free from the feed lips of the mag?  Is the round a 200 gr Seirra jhp "flying ashtray"?  New mags?  Old mags?  How do YOU clear the malfunction?

Short guns require a change of the recoil spring faster than full size guns.  Certain bullet profiles (rounded ogives like ball) assist in reliable chambering.  Truncated, and or short bullets don't.  I had problems with the early generation Hydra shoks.

Winchester target ammo from wal-mart is what I've been trying. As the slide goes forward the round looks to be nosing into the feed ramp. I can barely tap the slide and it will finish going forward. Mags are new/used and still no change. When this happens I pull the slide back and let it fly and usually chambers the round, once that round is fired and the shell ejected, it hangs again. Never got it to shoot more than 2 rounds in a row with out a FTF.

I have no experience with the micro's, but I do have 2 full size stainless Springfields. Both had the same issues initially with failure to return to battery.

The solution I found was to run them very wet with a fairly heavy oil (I used a generous amount of 30wt motor oil on all the moving parts).

After a few hundred rounds, both function flawlessly with normal lubrication.

Just got back from doing some more shooting and this is what I've found.

It shoots wolf ammo better than winchester ammo, (winchester ammo seems to nose into the ramp more and not feed)
It doesn't like normal springfield mags (Kimber Anti Tilt mag works the best)
Seems to have an ejector problem (especially with the winchester ammo) after firing the round the spent casing is still in the chamber and the next round the in mag is trying to feed. I experienced this problem more than the round just nosing into the ramp.

This.

My Micro runs perfectly after its first 250-300rds.

Also, there's some variation in a rds OAL from mfgr to mfgr, IMO. Try different ammo & see if the problem goes away. I personally have wonderful luck with GA Arms 230gr FMJ ammo.

I would also adjust the extractor tension. That can cause all kinds of grief. I used Colt Officers mags in mine. The ones with the orange polymer coated follower.
Wilson mags will also help some feeding issues.
