Hey guys, I know people as for price checks all the time but I was going to ask for a date check. I don't have the serial number this, it is a revolver that I am deciding on if I want to buy it or not. It is a Smith and Wesson Model 10-10 Heavy barrel with out the lawyer lock. Can anyone tell me when this might have been made?

you can go by the -X number, but the DOB has more range then a s/n.

-10 started in 1988 and ran until 1997.

ETA: lawyer lock introduced in 2002 on the -14.
