I have had 2 of them I had an 8" revolver I used for hunting. I ended up selling it. but I liked it fine. I still have one with a 3" barrel. its kind of unique, havent seen one like it before or since. 3" barrel bobed hammer (DAO) 8 shot revolver, 357. works fine. the trigger is not as nice out of the box as a S&W. As to Why Taurus? the answer is simple. price. this is not a colectors revolver. its a good quality inexpensive handgun that wont go up in value. take it for what it is. I paid less than half of what the 8 shot s&w revolve costs. and if I want a slick trigger i can get it worked on. |
