Thinking of buying one of these (blued model, .357 mag) from a coworker, anything I should know of in advance?  Was new a month ago, he shot it while home on leave and now wants to sell it for $200 and a old washer and dryer combo I have in my backyard that I was gonna take to the dump, good deal?

I'd do it.  Fit and finish on the new Charters seems a bit rough, but they seem to work fine.

Its got some wear on it already, mainly by the ports along the front sight.  I cleaned it thoroughly when I inspected it, seems gtg, guess Ill have to apply for another pistol permit Thursday when I pick up my Sig 226 Elite.
