Despite my efforts I've been unable to come up with a solution--->  I'm looking for a leather belt holster (left hand) for a Ruger GP100 5" .357.   I never imagined I'd encounter this much difficulty.  My search thus far has been on the manufactured side vice custom work.  I'm not adverse to a custom setup, but don't care to wait too long for it (a few week is OK). Nothing too fancy, I envision this rig spending an aweful lot of time under the seat of the truck.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

ETA:  Will a LH Redhawk 5.5" suffice?  I've seen the #440 model at Triple K.

Holsters from "Simply Rugged" come to mind, as they offer a number of left-handed holsters.   I think the owner, Rob, is left-handed.  He has a quick turnaround time, too.
I am sure you can also get one from Barranti Leather, El Paso Saddlery but that may take a few weeks.

A Redhawk holster will be too big.  The five inch GP100 is an uncommon variation to begin with (five inch anything is pretty scarce).   Add in left hand and I'm not surprised you're having difficulty.

I always hit Ebay first.  Found some great deals on holsters there.

Earl at Trailmaster Holsters made me a very nice holster for my GP100. I'd highly suggest him to anyone. Here is the link to his website, although he works off of Facebook primarily. He talked over the design of my holster with me on the phone for half an hour or so and custom made it to my desire. Great guy.

For a 5" GP100?  I must have missed them.

I recently purchased a Simply Rugged Sourdough Pancake for my Smith model 69 which is the same size as a GP100.

I love it. Very comfortable and rides great!

If don Hume sells a jit slide for ruger gp 100 you are all set it is an open bottom design that will work with any length barrel. I have several fit well easy draw and hold securely and are pretty inexpensive around 30-35 bucks

Safariland makes a couple holsters that will fit a 3" GP100.
