is it safe to shoot +P+ ammo in a P95?

The Ruger P-Series pistols are compatible with all factory ammunition loaded
to U.S. Industry Standards, including high-velocity and hollow-point loads,
loaded in brass, aluminum, or steel cartridge cases. No 9mm x 19 ammunition
manufactured in accordance with NATO, U.S., SAAMI, or CIP standards is known
to be beyond the design limits or known not to function in these pistols.

The above is from the owner's manual. I would assume from this that +P+ is fine, although it may accelerate wear.

Should not be a problem. P95 has a strong design and should handle plus P ammo with no problem.

I'm not too concerned with wear, I just have 50 rounds on the way of +P+ hyra-shoks I got for a good deal, I figure I with shoot some off as practice(after i get a lot of practice on cheaper stuff), then save the rest for HD
