[ARCHIVED THREAD] - SP101 insert sources?
Posted:

I had my wife's sp101 cerakote'd for her, and now the stock inserts look worse than before.
She does not want wood(rosewood stained etc). I was thinking of making a blue/black micarta set but not sure the blue would look good.
Anyone have a source for some nice black or possibly silver inserts? Micarta/g10 would be my top choice. Nothing plastic or too shiny.
Pics of the gun
Thanks.

Ebay. Lots to choose from.

I got some nice inserts from Ajax Grips about ten years ago, and they still look good
Dunno if they are still in business.

Looks they're still open, but nothing for revolvers.

That's odd. Guess they got out of the revolver business.
