Hi,
I don't know squat about Rugers in terms of collecting so I am hoping for some help on value. I have a Ruger Single Six (22 cal.) pre-conversion, made in 1956 according to Ruger. The condition is probably 85% on the exterior and 100% on the interior. (I can post pics tonight). The serial number is 3909X and it is a three screw model. The barrel is 5 1/2. It has the flat loading gate. The front sight and hammer are both serrated. The frame which holds the cylinder has turned plum. It has the short serrated ejector rod and the ejector rod housing is made of steel. The grip frame is stamped Alcoa and XR3. It times perfectly. The grips are an aftermarket stag-like plastic. Any idea of market value? |
