First class service all of the way.  My situation was different than most in that I was carrying a full size CDP as a duty weapon in 2003.  I was involved in an OIS and the pistol had to be sent to the state ballistics lab.  The lab rats that test fired it placed my CDP into some kind of vise and crushed the checkering on the mainspring housing (not a little spot but most of the mainspring checkering).  When I got the pistol back and saw the damage I called Kimber.  I explained that this was a duty weapon and would need it back ASAP.  Customer service said no problem and I overnighted it to them on a Tuesday.  The pistol was back to me and repaired properly by the same Friday.  It still runs like a Ferrarri.
