I contacted Kimber Customer Service about 3 weeks ago. The night sights on my CDP Utra had gotten very dim. The lady, I wish I remembered her name, that took my call asked for my serial number, after I explained my issue, and gave me a service number and told me to send it in and they'd take care of it. She told me it would be 3 to 4 days turn-around. I wrote a short letter, added a slide refinish question, and sent it off 2 weeks later, the 23rd of March.
Approximately 3 days later a lady called to tell me Kimber recieved my slide and that the sight would be replaced , but that it would be 3 to 4 weeks before they could get my slide refinished and back to me, for a small fee. I told them to go ahead. I expected to get my slide back by the end of April. IMAGINE my suprise when UPS showed up on the 30th of March with my slide refinised and my new night sights!!!! That is Great Service and Turn-Around. THANKS KIMBER!!! |
