I have small hands and a continuing problem with my Kimber Eclipse Pro II.
I use a high grip to reach the thumb safety, but the heel of my hand doesn't put enough pressure on the grip safety to
release it. I know it's a common problem for those with small hands but I'm trying to find a solution that will let me feel confident
it will operate properly.
I thought of replacing the grip safety with one that has a larger "memory lump", or somehow building up the one I have.
Any suggestions, ideas or help much appreciated.

The two things that come to my mind are:

A: have a grip safety with a memory bump fitted (I'd stay away from "building up" the one you have)
or
B: Tape it down.  It's a redundant system as you have the thumb safety.

Have you handled and fired someone else's with the memory bump?  If not, I would before dropping the money to have one fit to the pistol.
It's not a drop in part so if it's not going to work, save yourself the cost and time.

Good luck.
