I am looking at a USP chambered for the 40 S&W it has 2 mags which are polymer and marked 40 S&W on the tube just above the base plate (no markings on bottom of base plate),are these HK Mags or could they be an aftermarket mag ?

| I'd bet they are HK mags. Not all HK mags have "HK" marked on the floor plate. There is only one aftermarket mag made for the HKs and that is Pro-Mag and they don't list any mags made for the USP .40. If you see "made in Germany" anywhere on the mag body you are certainly good to go. |
