Hi guys!

I'd like to ask a few questions about the HK45C. I'm looking at the one that you can carry DA or SA. I haven't gotten to handle one yet so until I do I wanted to get some basic info.

1. What is the DA trigger pull like compared to other HK pistols (i.e. trigger pull weight, smoothness, travel distance)?

2. What is the grip texture like? I don't care for handguns with an overly rough texture like the USP series.

3. How ergonomic/convenient is the safety to manipulate in SA mode?

4. Where can I find an HK45C?

Thanks!

Just about the same as the USPC .45.

I don't think it is bad at all, but I don't think the USP/C is bad at all either.  In your case I'd say you need to try it before you buy.

The safety to me is about the same as the USPC again.  I think it is very convenient to operate.  For finding one, I'd call CDNN first and they likely will have some of the best prices.

Thanks![/quote]

Questions 1&3- very similar to USP series.

Question 2- I personally don't think it's as rough as a USP series, but you ought to handle one first if you're that picky.

I would agree with this, and add that it also one of the softest shooting 45s I have ever fired.
