Had one in 9mm, I really wish I still had it. It was a great shooter.

Personally, *I* would choose the 9mm or .45acp calibers over the .40, but that's just me.

+1 there is a reason that the biggest kid on the block (Mark 23) is chambered in 45

Have a USP Compact SS in .40. Great gun. Not the MOST accurate gun I've shot, but good enough for a small gun.

Agree on the .45 advice. IIRC, that gun (USP Expert) was built around the .45 ACP. The "other" USPs were (again, IIRC) built around the .40. I could be wrong though.
