That price is insane. CDNN has them NIB for $820.

Unless it comes with a free NIB AK, that is a total rip off.

I have heard of them going for $799 but I don't entirely buy it. I wouldn't pay more than $875, and after handling both models I actually prefer the USPc to the HK45c.

guys - he is in MA - HK's are not approved for sale in MA and command a premium, $1250 or more is what they sell for here

Really? I just handled a HK45C this weekend and can say that, based on that limited exposure, I would easily take it over any contemporary (i.e., not a P7) HK pistol.

And the price on the one I was handling was something like $925, IIRC.

lol it's $1050 at one of the local shops here.   I did get to finger it.  It is sex though.  But fuck paying that much.

CDNN ships the HK45/HK45c for $845ish

How much time did you spend comparing the models? The front of the HK USPc trigger guard is concave, hk45c is convex. HK USPc has the combination safety/decocker, HK45c has a slide mounted decocker. I'll stick with the usp series for now. : /

What kind of crazy "45C" have you been handling?

The HK45C does NOT have any slide-mounted controls. And the standard variant I have seen around features a frame-mounted combination safety-decocker, just like a V1 USP.
