Are these standard or HK proprietary?

HK proprietary. HK45/C and P2K/SK and P30 use the standard rails, USP/C use one special rail and the Mark 23 uses another special proprietary rail.

There are lights that will fit but bulge a bit from the muzzle. I haven't seen any lighting options that thrilled me for the compact.
