If I buy a used HK and something on it breaks, can I send it back to HK for them to overhaul the gun and swap out all the worn and broken stuff and not have to pay as much as a new gun? I see great things about Kel-Tec and Hi Point (go figure) having excellent customer service and wondered how HK stacked up. I'm working my way into HKs by getting a used gun first and how I like that one and how HK's customer service treats me, should I need them, will determine if I buy more. |
In the unlikely event of a part breaking on a used HK you bought, HK customer service will make it right. For the better half of a decade, I have never heard of anyone having a problem getting HK to fix a used HK handgun that isn’t performing properly. |
