[ARCHIVED THREAD] - streamlight x2l uspc compatable?

I've searched high and low, it says it will work with the p2000, so is it safe to assume it will work on the usp compact (.357 sig). thanks for any help in advance.

The TLR2 will NOT work with the rail system on the USP without an adapter.

thanks for the response, i'm actually asking about the x2l which is a subcompact laser/light combo that is also made by streamlight.

The P2000 has a standard rail. The USPC doesn't.

You will need an adapter.

Sorry, I need to read a little more closely...but unfortunately the answer is the same. THe USP rail is not "standard" for anything except the UTL thing.

LIke the other posters mentioned you will need an adapter for your USPc. GG&G makes this adapter for the USPf and USPc.

thanks for all the info gentlemen.

i ordered the GG&G adapter.

and while i was on there got an eotech 511 in one of thier mounts- damn impulse buying
