Will the USP series pistols handle the hot .45 Super rounds without modification?

yes, limited amounts as stated in the owners manual, same with the UMP/USC

.45 super is like a +P.

Since the USP is rated for +P rounds, .45 super is okay. Just dont shoot tonnes of it, or it'll wear her out quicker
